About Pageants
This scholarship pageant is based on encouraging young girls and women to be achievers, helping them with education, learning life skills through art and craft, grooming, social grace and etiquette. Seen new places, having fun, making new friends, while exploring new found talent within themselves.
The Pageant includes a week of which has the participants learning:- back to basic skills such as functional art & craft, old time games, going on learning excursions across the island, being introduced to communication skills, walk & poise, grooming, voice & speech, modelling and much more.
C.C.S.P is not only concerned with the outward beauty of the girls but their inner beauty, their education which is put to everyday use and in making them good competitors as life is all about competing for what one want to be from social to business. For example- being the best in school, at exams, at home, moving up in class and being the best they can be socially and otherwise. One of the most important parts of the pageant training is the talent presentation (dancing, singing, reciting, acting, etc.).
However, the important aspect of the pageant is not winning a crown, but rather the rewards of participation and the opportunity to make lifetime friendships with other aspiring young ladies from across the island and soon the world.
Thank you for visiting.
